The very first meeting of the 1904 World’s Fair Society took place on April 30, 1986. Two weeks before the first official meeting we gathered at Machacek library to discuss plans to create the 1904 World’s Fair Society. Our founder, Max Storm, will present a look back at our first 25 years. Join with us as we come full circle by celebrating our Silver Anniversary along with the official Opening Day of the Fair. It’s going to be a special birthday party for us and the Fair. Join us at this Saturday afternoon meeting for 25 years of memories and a piece of cake.
